Mega-Pinocchio
Dr Wily’s robots break into a lab and Mega Man and Rush meet them. Ring Man attacks and Mega Man steals his power to defeat Cut Man and Guts Man. He saves Dr. Peto and takes him back to Dr Lights lab.
Dr Light learns Dr Peto can turn a robot into a human and offer to turns Mega Man into one. Mega Man refuses at first then later asks Dr Peto to make him human. As soon as Dr Peto powers down Mega Man, Dr Wily reveals that Dr Peto was his robot fiend. Dr Wily puts in a mind control chip into Mega Man and Dr Wily can now control Mega Man’s thoughts.
Mega Man goes and confronts Dr Wily’s robots at the Skytower skyscraper. Dr Light is worried about Mega Man and Roll offers to go help Mega Man. Mega Man drops bombs on the skyscraper because of Dr Wily’s mind control.
Mega Man confronts Guts Man and lets him go because he feels sorry for him. Dr Light and Mega Man is now at the center of controversy and his reputation took a hit.
Dr Wily tricks Mega Man and Dr Wily invades Dr Lights lab. Dr Light, Roll and Rush are in a trash compactor with the walls closing in. Dr light reprograms a hand in the trash compact that defeats Ring Man and frees them. Rush flies Dr Light and Roll to safety. Dr Light and Roll find out that Dr Peto is just a robot by Dr Wily and they both unfoil Dr Wily’s plan.
Dr Wily captures all of Dr Lights robots and sends them to attack the government. Dr Light uses his own mind reader and frees Mega Man.
Mega Man steals Dr Wily’s mind reader and uses Dr Lights robots to attack Dr Wily. Proto Man blasts the Lincoln Memorial knowing that Mega Man would take the blast. Eddie gives Mega Man energy drinks and he’s back at full strength and defeats Proto Man. Dr Wily and his robots escape.
Dr Light removes all the microchips and his robots are back to normal again.
